REIT DEVELOPMENT, DUBAI (May 2024 - Present)

Here's some of the work I have done during my time at REIT Development, Dubai, as a VFX and Motion Graphics Artist.

During my time there I had the opportunity of working on working on branding material for in-house products.

I learned a lot as well during my time there. Apart from gaining new technical skills, I also learnt how to manage teams, creating content for different platforms such as social media, websites, YouTube, and billboards, working with tight deadlines and creating workflows methods to ensure efficient and productive workflows.

In this project for Hero.io, a Web3 ecosystem comprising of an AI search engine, a browser, wallet, etc., I was responsible for various FX, lighting, and compositing.

The FX for the laser beam was done using Blender and enhanced in After Effects. The compositing was done using After Effects.

This is a marketing video created for Crypto Tower, a global hub for innovation and advanced technologies, fostering blockchain, AI, and DeFi synergy in Dubai.

In this video I was responsible for lighting and compositing. The lighting was done using Blender and the compositing was doing in After Effects.

This is a motion graphics video that showcases the capabilities of the Hero AI. The entire video was created by animating certain assets created by a graphic designer in Figma, and then animated by me in After Effects.

RGBA STUDIOS, MUMBAI (Oct 2021 - Oct 2022)

Here's some of the work I have done during my tenure at RGBA Stuidos, Mumbai as a VFX and Motion Graphics Artist.

During my time there I had the pleasure of working with an incredibly talented and experienced team on various advertisement projects for a wide range of brands and clients, ranging from Colgate and Vega to Disney and Dubai Expo.

I learned a lot as well during my time there. Apart from gaining new technical skills, I also learnt people skills, working in teams towards collaborative efforts, working with tight deadlines and creating workflows methods to ensure efficient and productive workflows.

In this trailer for an Indian TV show called “Anandiba Aur Emily”, my responsibilities were to simulating the bubbles that come out of the lady’s mouth using Blender. I was also tasked with creating a bubble material for them and lighting and rendering them as mulitpass EXRs to hand over to a compositor.

In this advert for Colgate, I was responsible for compositing the 3D renders of the tooth and seamlessly merging it with the paste and foam that slides on top of it. I was also responsible for compositing 3D renders of the toothpaste pack that appears at the end of the film. All of the compositing was done using Adobe After Effects.

For this advert of Vega Smart Trimmers I was responsible for creting the Motion Graphics texts and compositing 3D renders of a CGI trimmer seamlessly with the live action footage.

In this advertisement for Veet Pure, I was responsible for some of the motion graphics around the objects that float next to the actress. I was also tasked with simulating and rendering the dress using Blender that floats in one of the shots on the left side of the actress. All of the compositing and motion graphics were done using Adobe After Effects.

While working on this short promo for Disney’s Imagine That Season 3, I simulated the banners hanging from the building using Blender’s Cloth Sim tools. I was also tasked with accurately lighting them and rendering using multipass EXR to hand it over to the compositors.

This is a promotional video starring the famous Bollywood actor Amitabh Bhachan for the Dubai Expo 2020. I was responsible for integrating some of the fireworks seamlessly with live action footage and chroma keying and compositing a shot of the actor in front of fire, to make him merge realistically with the background plate.

PRIME FOCUS TECHNOLOGIES, MUMBAI (Sept 2021 - Sept 2022)

Here's some of the work I have done while working at Prime Focus Technologies, Mumbai as an assistant VFX artist.

During my time there I mainly worked on creating motion graphic elements for Disney TV channels targeting children; Disney Channel and Disney Junior. These aired in South East Asian countries, namely Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines.

During my tenure here, I not only gained invaluable technical skills, but I also learned how to deal with client demands, creating tools to ensure smooth workflow, and communicating with team members and producers to ensure that the work is delivered on time.

The softwares I used to make these elements were Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, while all of the 3D work was done using Cinema 4D.

This is a little promo I had worked on for Disney Junior's Christmas celebration. I was responsible for making the buildings in the background, creating the scene layout, some of the texturing, and compositing. All 3D work was done in Cinema 4D.

This is a promo spot for Disney Channel's Club Mickey Mouse that I had worked on. I was responsible for the chroma keying of the actors, compositing and the color grading.

This was a promo video for Disney Junior's Chinese New Year celebration. I was responsible for the character rigging and animation, modelling and texturing some machines, physics simulations for the oranges falling in the toy train, and rendering. All 3D work was done in Cinema 4D and the final compositing was done in Adobe After Effects.

This is a promo spot for Disney Channel's AnimAsia program, under which shows like Pokemon and Beyblade were shown. I was responsible for the lightning effects and the text animation.

This is a snippet from a promo for Disney Channel's Club Mickey Mouse show. The promo was supposed to introduce some of the new cast members of the show to the audience. I was responsible for all the effects and chroma keying of the actors.
